We are Canting Creative Digital Agency, a creative partner based in Yogyakarta specializing in digital content, video production, and brand storytelling. Currently, we are opening an opportunity for those who are eager to learn and grow as a Social Engagement & KOL Specialist.
Job Description
Manage daily social media activities, including posting content and scheduling.
Respond to DMs, comments, and audience interactions in a timely and appropriate manner.
Moderate comments and social media conversations to maintain a positive and on-brand community.
Manage and maintain brand’s accounts, including posting and engaging with relevant conversations.
Monitor basic social media activity and flag relevant issues or audience feedback to the team.
Identify, approach, and coordinate with 3–4 KOLs/creators per month, including handling basic negotiations and collaboration needs.
Criteria
Based in Yogyakarta.
Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field.
Familiar with various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Responsive, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong written communication skills.
Experience managing or engaging with online communities.
Able to communicate and negotiate effectively with KOLs/creators.
Understands basic social media etiquette, moderation, and community engagement.
Able to follow brand guidelines and tone of voice consistently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple social media activities.
