Content Planner / Strategist

We are Canting Creative Digital Agency, a creative partner based in Yogyakarta specializing in digital content, video production, and brand storytelling. Currently, we are opening an opportunity for those who are eager to learn and grow as a Content Planner/Specialist.
Job Description
Understand client needs, including brand values/guidelines, target audience, pain points, business goals, and project expectations.
Conduct audience and brand research to develop monthly content direction, including topics, angles, strategic ideas, and key messages aligned with client objectives.
Develop content materials, including hooks, scripts, captions, and carousel copy, while staying updated on trends, cultural moments, holidays, and relevant events.
Create production briefs and provide creative direction to ensure content concepts are clearly communicated and aligned with the planned execution.
Develop and manage content schedules and project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed according to deadlines and client feedback.
Participate in kick-off and pre-production meetings, communicate with clients regarding content needs and feedback, conduct content QC, and support the production process when needed.
Criteria
Based in Yogyakarta.
Minimum 1 year of experience in content planning, social media, or creative strategy.
Active on social media and strong understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and brand storytelling.
Strong copywriting in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus), detail-oriented, no typos, and familiar with proper EYD.
Able to adapt tone and voice to match different brands.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with project management and content planning tools is a plus.
Can thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
