We are Canting Creative Digital Agency, a creative partner based in Yogyakarta specializing in digital content, video production, and brand storytelling. Currently, we are opening an opportunity for those who are eager to learn and grow as a Full-Time Content Creator.
Job Description
Develop creative ideas and content concepts aligned with the brand/client.
Turn approved topics and briefs into scripts, hooks, and executable content angles.
Write captions, scripts, or light articles matching each brand's tone of voice.
Plan and manage content production from pre-production to execution.
Direct, perform in, and execute shooting based on the agreed creative brief.
Edit videos end-to-end (footage, music, effects, text, and format optimization for Reels/TikTok).
Stay updated on social media trends and proactively propose fresh content ideas.
Collaborate closely with Content Planners, Videographers, Editors, and the marketing team.
Work across various brands and projects handled by Canting, adapting content style and execution to each brand.
Criteria
Based in Yogyakarta.
Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, particularly social media content production.
Active on personal social media and strong understanding of TikTok, IG Reels, and social-first content.
Good Bahasa Indonesia copywriting and verbal communication.
Able to adapt tone and style across multiple brands and audiences.
Confident in both ideation and execution (shooting & editing).
Available for on-site production and shooting needs.
Communicative, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
